MUDr. Milada Brandejská

Medical director. Doctor of Reproductive Medicine

Dr. Milada Brandejská is a respected reproductive medicine and assisted reproduction expert specialising in in vitro fertilisation (IVF). After graduating from the Faculty of Medicine at Charles University in Prague, she worked in gynaecology and obstetrics with a focus on reproductive endocrinology.

She has worked at renowned assisted reproduction clinics, including Pronatal, ISCARE IVF and Reprofit International, where she has contributed to the development of new methods and protocols. She is the author of a number of scientific articles, she lectures at international conferences and she is a member of the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE).

Dr. Brandejská is known for her humane approach to patients and high success rate in fertility treatment. Her work significantly contributes to the advancement of assisted reproduction and helps many couples on their journey to parenthood.

Dr. Natalia Saveleva

Doctor of Reproductive Medicine

Dr. Natalia Saveleva is a respected reproductive medicine expert with more than 10 years of experience in the field. She studied at the Perm State Medical University in Russia, where she received certification in the field of gynaecology and obstetrics in 1998. In 2011, she received the Candidate of Sciences (CSc.) degree. During her career, she expanded her qualifications to endocrine gynaecology, transvaginal endoscopy, laser medicine and aesthetic gynaecology. She began her career at the gynaecology and obstetrics department at the Perm Regional Hospital (RU). In 2005, IVF became her specialty, and in 2011 she opened her own private clinic. She became part of the Europe IVF team in 2021, where she now works as the director of premium care, specialising in discreet individualised care for couples from all over the world. She is known for her individual approach to patients and her ability to integrate the most modern treatment methods into her practice, thereby achieving excellent results in fertility treatment. She is a member of the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) and she regularly participates in international conferences. She speaks Russian and English.

MUDr. Štěpán Budka

Doctor of Reproductive Medicine

Dr. Štěpán Budka is a renowned gynaecologist and reproductive medicine expert. He studied at the Faculty of Medicine at Charles University in Prague and obtained certification in the field of gynaecology and obstetrics (2009) and reproductive medicine (2017). He worked at the University Hospital Královské Vinohrady as vice head of the gynaecology and obstetrics department at Thomayer University Hospital.

Dr. Budka worked as a head physician at important Czech reproductive medicine clinics, including Europe IVF and FertilityPort Prague. His specialty is in vitro fertilisation (IVF) and other methods of assisted reproduction, and he also researches and develops new medical procedures.

He is a member of the Czech Gynaecological and Obstetrical Society (CGOS), the Assisted Reproduction Section (ARS) and the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE).

MUDr. Monika Poláková

Doctor of Reproductive Medicine

Dr. Monika Poláková is an experienced gynaecologist and reproductive medicine specialist with over 20 years of experience. She studied at the Firt Faculty of Medicine at Charles University in Prague. After completing her studies, she specialised in gynaecology and obstetrics and obtained Czech and European certification in these fields.

She started her professional career at Motol University Hospital, where her primary focus were diagnostics and the field of gynaecology and obstetrics. She later worked as head physician at the Gennet assisted reproduction clinic. She joined the Europe IVF team in 2023 as a reproductive medicine doctor.

In addition to her clinical practice, she is also the author of several professional articles and she regularly lectures at national and international conferences. Her professional work and lectures focus on innovations and advances in reproductive medicine. She is a member of the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) and the assisted reproduction section of the CGOS.

She speaks English, German and Russian.

MUDr. Marina Tomilová

Doctor of Reproductive Medicine

Dr. Marina Tomilova is a respected specialist in the field of gynaecology and reproductive medicine. She studied at the First Moscow State Medical University, where she also began her career at the gynaecology and obstetrics clinic. In 2006, she started working at an immunology and reproduction centre at a private clinic in Moscow, where she specialised in problems with conception and fertility treatment. She has more than 20 years of experience in the field of gynaecological endocrinology.

She moved to the Czech Republic in 2011, where she worked in both state and private healthcare facilities. She received Czech certification in the field of gynaecology and obstetrics, and in 2012 she passed the Czech approbation exam for foreign doctors.

She became part of the Europe IVF team in 2022, where she specialises in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility with assisted reproduction methods, including in vitro fertilisation (IVF). Her expertise also includes gynaecological endocrinology and reproductive medicine.

She speaks Russian and English.

MUDr. Irena Folauf

Doctor of Reproductive Medicine

Dr. Irena Folauf is a renowned specialist in the field of gynaecology and reproductive medicine, with a focus on in vitro fertilisation (IVF). She graduated from the Third Faculty of Medicine at Charles University in Prague and gained professional experience at the gynaecology department of the Military Univesity Hospital Prague, at the department of gynaecology and obstetrics at VFN Prague, and at a private gynaecology clinic.

She is a member of the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) and the assisted reproduction section of the CGOS.

Dr. Folauf has been working at our clinic since 2019, and she is valued for her individual approach to patients; she builds relationships based on trust and open communication.

She speaks English and German.

MUDr. Jana Voborská Neudeckerová

Doctor of Reproductive Medicine

MUDr. Jana Voborská Neudeckerová is a respected gynaecologist and specialist in reproductive medicine with extensive experience in the field of fertility treatment. After graduating from the Faculty of Medicine at Charles University in Prague, she began her career at the Apolinář maternity hospital. She first developed her knowledge as an IVF specialist at the UNICA reproductive medicine centre, and then as an outpatient gynaecologist and doctor at the gynaecology-obstetrics department of the Regional Hospital Kladno, where she still works part-time.

MUDr. Voborská Neudeckerová joined the Europe IVF team in 2024. In addition to clinical practice, she is also engaged in the research and development of new methods in the field of reproductive medicine. Her professional knowledge and holistic approach to fertility treatment are highly valued by both colleagues and patients, ranking her among the leading experts in this field in the Czech Republic.

MUDr. Jan Smrčina

Doctor of Reproductive Medicine

Dr. Jan Smrčina is a renowned gynaecologist and reproductive medicine expert with extensive experience in fertility treatment at prestigious clinics. After graduating from the Faculty of Medicine at Charles University (2008), he received specialty certification in the field of gynaecology and obstetrics in 2015.

He began his professional career at the Thomayer University Hospital in Prague, where he worked as a gynaecologist-obstetrician from 2009 til 2015. After this, he worked as an IVF specialist at the IVF CUBE Prague clinic, and from 2017 he continued his career at the clinics FertilityPort Prague and PFC Prague Fertility Centre.

He joined the Europe IVF team in 2024, specialising in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility with modern methods of assisted reproduction. He is a member of several prestigious professional societies, including the Czech Gynaecological and Obstetrical Society (CGOS), the Czech Medical Association of J. E. Purkyně (ČLS JEP), the Assisted Reproduction Section (ARS) and the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE).

In addition to clinical practice, he is also engaged in research and the education of young doctors. His professional knowledge and experience make him one of the leading specialists in the treatment of infertility in the Czech Republic.

MUDr. Karin Černá

Clinical Immunologist

MD Karin Černá is a respected doctor with extensive experience in the field of clinical immunology. After graduating from the 1st Faculty of Medicine of the Charles University in Prague (1992), she specialised in internal medicine and clinical immunology.

MD Černá has over 24 years of experience in the field of clinical immunology, where she provided expert care, diagnosed and treated allergic and immunological disorders. In the period from 2018 to 2024, she worked at the GENNET clinic in the department of allergology and clinical immunology. She is a member of several professional societies and committees that focus on development and innovation in the field of allergology and immunology. Her expertise and individual approach to patients make her a respected specialist in her field. He is a respected specialist in the medical community.

She became a partner of Europe IVF in 2024, specialising in reproductive immunology.

MUDr. Jaroslav Jarabák

Urologist

MUDr. Jaroslav Jarabák graduated in 1992 from the Faculty of Medicine at Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice, obtaining certifications in urology and andrology. Until 2001, he worked as a physician in the urology department of FNLP in Košice and later at the Urology Clinic of the Military University Hospital in Prague. Since 2002, he has been working at the urology department of Thomayer Hospital in Prague.

As of 2024, he is a partner of Europe IVF, specializing in andrology. MUDr. Jarabák is a member of the Czech Urological Society, the Slovak Urological Society, the Slovak Sexological Society, and the European Association of Urology.

Bc. et Mgr. Lenka Pelechová

Psychosocial counselling

B.Sc. et Mgr. Lenka Pelechová is an expert in psychosocial counseling, specializing in supporting couples with problems with conception and infertility treatment.
He has many years of experience in assisted reproduction clinics, where he helps couples find suitable treatment options.
As part of the project Journey to the Family, it focuses on the preparation and guidance of couples during artificial insemination and surrogate family care.

She also works with parents after perinatal losses and provides mental health care for pregnant women and mothers after childbirth, including lactation counseling.

She completed her studies at the University of Applied Psychology and the Prague University of Psychosocial Studies.

Ivana Kavková, MBA, is an experienced manager with extensive professional experience in the field of management.She graduated from Cambridge Business School with a focus on management and strategic management.She spent more than 16 years at GENNET, in the position of general manager she led teams of three clinics. He regularly participates in conferences on the topic of reproductive medicine.

Ivana Kavková is a member of the supervisory board of Palác YMCA. She joined the Europe IVF team in November 2023 in the position of Operations Director and became Chief Executive Officer in January 2025.

Mgr. Ester Máziková

Quality Manager

Ester Máziková is an expert in management quality and assisted reproduction. She graduated from University P.J. Šafárik and Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.

She started her career as an embryologist at the Pronatal clinic in Prague and Karlovy Vary, where she later worked as a quality manager.
After maternity leave, she worked as a quality manager at the Prague Fertility Center and other IVF clinics, such as Gest, FertilityPort Prague and IVF Science Ostrava.

Since 2009, it has been cooperating with the State Institute for Drug Control (SÚKL).
He is a certified auditor and an expert on health insurance companies, thereby contributing to the set high quality standards of care for our clients.
